Pain (physical and/or emotional), struggle, and turmoil disproportionate to your life experience and reflective of compounding unresolved historical trauma in your lineage. It becomes more evident in individuals who have either a) completely ignored their personal healing and growth and trauma imprints and b) those whose pain has taken them very deeply into a healing journey.
As humans, we are trying our best to show up every day. But we are confused about why we feel anger, sadness, shame, and even guilt. In my energy healing practice, I see time after time my clients are experiencing certain emotions because they either learned it from their parents or they were crying for love from their caregivers. But the fact is, we don’t know what our parents, grandparents, or ancestors have experienced. Maybe one of them has experienced a traumatic event and the whole world spiraled. This spiral didn’t only affect them, it affects you!!! If you are curious, take a moment to reflect on how your parents’ emotions have affected your childhood which translates to your adulthood.
I’ve seen many clients/people carrying an unknown pain that feeds insecurity, self-sabotage, anxiety, anger, and different negative emotions. No matter what they do, seems like there’s no way to overcome it. The cheat code is that if you could understand your ancestral traumas, you would have more clarity and the ability to remove those invisible obstacles. It also allows you to have more compassion for yourself.
Ancestral trauma is such a curse, the good news is you can break this cycle and cure it. Is there a catch? The only catch is you have to put in the hard work and cure it. (If you are experiencing physical pain, most likely it stems from emotional pain.)
