I had the pleasure of having a session with Regard and was absolutely blown away at her ability to connect into areas of myself that I was disconnected from. She helped me learn that I need to listen to myself more, and connect with my inner child because she was feeling neglected. She also showed me how to connect with my guides better and since our session, I have been able to heal more and feel more supported. Lately I’ve been feeling like something is holding me back from living my life in a bigger way. I had been trying to think my way out of things and that got me only so far. One of the first questions I asked was what should I expect? I wasn't sure if I was supposed to be in a certain mindset before starting the healing session. I felt like Regard already knew what I was going to ask because she answered me right away. 

Before I knew it, she was leading me into the portal to the other side. I’m a pretty skeptical person when it comes to anything spiritual, but I was curious about what would happen in our session. Wow! I don't even know where to begin! My session with Regard was definitely not what I expected. I thought I had a good idea of what was going to surface in terms of any big glaring personal "emotional trauma." However, as the session began, it took the most unexpected turn. Regard did an amazing job navigating me towards what avenue of emotional trauma needed to be addressed.  

I had been so hyper-focused on my OWN journey of healing, that I forgot about a big component! My own family, my husband and my children! We had endured repeated trauma for years and it was only during the pandemic that everything we had all stuffed away, exploded and surfaced. It was just too emotionally draining to deal with and there weren't enough hours in a day to rehash all the pain, anger, and confusion we all felt. We decided as a family unit to cut out toxic people and energy, as it was easier to block it out and call it a day. 

Through my session with Regard, it became clear we didn't address our biggest and most confrontational emotional trauma at all. Out of sight was definitely NOT out of mind. Unknowingly, it just ate away at us. The messages she downloaded turned out to be primarily for my husband. His refusal to confront his emotional trauma and the people inflicting it, clearly affected all of us, as we had to endure our own form of it in one manner or another. We're still working through the trenches of it all in our own way but she helped me realize that he was our lead. She advised my husband to watch the video playback as the majority of the messages were for him. 

As our session was coming to a close, Regard helped me clear the emotional trauma I locked into my body. I had been internalizing it all for years and I could see how much pain she was in as she worked to move the stagnant energy. 

Thank you Regard for sharing your extraordinary gift with us. She identified a very contentious issue within our family unit. I believe after working with Regard, what she shared will be instrumental in healing not only my own emotional trauma but my family's as well. In turn, we will all experience emotional trauma release and healing from this session alone! I am so thankful for our first session together!
